The height and location of the building allow for panoramic views of the city and the green walkway that runs over the viaduct from the large windows and balconies of each apartment. The design aims to highlight the verticality and slenderness of the building; the structure was designed as a concrete monolith, where the color and texture of each element represent the total essence of the building. The materials that compose it are timeless materials that will age according to their own nature. Because of this, in 2019, the building was awarded third place in the Noldi Schreck Award in the category of best multifamily residence, which is granted by Global Design Magazine, recognizing the best architectural works and interior design in Mexico.
