In the words of Mario Ramos Catalá, from the firm El Umbral, responsible for the project, "the interior design was part of the project as a whole; the intention of the design is the fusion and interaction of both disciplines: architecture and interior design."
It has a Master Suite, completely independent from the rest of the house. This suite is equipped with space for a King size bed, full bathroom, dressing room, and double vanity. Additionally, only this room also has an open-air shower, so you can enjoy the sun and stars while you bathe with total privacy (yes, believe it or not)...
On level 0 is the parking, storage room, and service room. Upon reaching level 1, which can be accessed through the pedestrian entrance, there is a kitchen inspired by traditional Mexican kitchens, and the semi-covered social area: living room, dining room, grill area, garden, pool, and jacuzzi. All this with a view and access to the golf course. At the back of the garden, there is a space that can be set up as a bar, game area, TV room, study, or a fifth bedroom.
The rest of the bedrooms are on the second floor, which hovers over the social area of the first. These three bedrooms each have a closet, full bathroom, indoor garden, and view of the golf course, subdivision, or garden.
Its garden is second to none. Perfect for playing ball and diving into the infinity pool. Then to the jacuzzi and ending in the social area with a barbecue for the rest of the afternoon and night.

Tiene una Máster Suite, completamente independiente del resto de la casa. Esta suite está habilitada con espacio para cama King size, baño completo, vestidor y doble tocador. Además, solo esta habitación también tiene una regadera a cielo abierto, para que disfrutes del sol y las estrellas mientras te bañas y con total privacidad (sí, aunque no lo creas)...
En el nivel 0 se encuentra el estacionamiento, bodega y cuarto de servicio. Al subir al nivel 1, al que se puede llegar por la entrada peatonal, está la cocina inspirada en las tradicionales mexicanas, y el área social semicubierta: sala, comedor, área de grill, jardín, alberca y jacuzzi. Todo esto con vista y acceso al campo de golf. En la parte trasera del jardín hay un espacio que se puede habilitar como bar, área de juegos, sala de tv, estudio o una quinta habitación.
El resto de las habitaciones están en el piso dos, que vuela sobre el área social del primero. Estas tres habitaciones tienen, cada una, closet, baño completo, jardín interior y vista al campo de golf, fraccionamiento o jardín.
Su jardín no le pide nada a nadie. Perfecto para pelotear y aventarse un clavado a la piscina infinita. Luego al jacuzzi y terminar en el área social con un asado el resto de la tarde y la noche.
