RENTAL POLICIES:

NOTE:

- Se separa con el 50% (no reembolsable) y el restante 50 % más el dinero del depósito liquidarlo a más tardar el 30 de mayo 2025(no reembolsable).

*Energía eléctrica se paga segun el consumo, será pagado aparte, ($4.00 por kw)
El costo de la energía eléctrica será calculado y cuantificado antes de la entrega de la casa, informándole que el costo por kilowatt consumido es de $4.00, por lo que se tomará lectura del medidor al momento de ingresar y salir de la casa y la cantidad que resulte, por medio de multiplicación, será descontado del dinero que entrega como depósito y en caso de algún excedente será cubierto por la ocupante.
