The project consists of 25 units, which is being built on the corner of Montebello with a dimension of 3,211.33 m2 and will be due for delivery in JULY 2024.
- The work began in February 2023, the construction method of the building is a masonry foundation and insulated footings, block walls with a castle and reinforced concrete columns, a joist slab and a concrete vault, all the interior walls being block walls.
The exterior window panes are 10 mm with anti-noise glass and the interior windows are 6 mm thick.
-Drinking water will be provided by JAPAY and it is PET FRIENDLY.
-The building will have two access controls, a Lobby, an elevator, a communal laundry room and a closed circuit with security cameras.
- There will be 12 amenities for those who live in the building to enjoy, divided into three areas.
On the third level:
“Liberate” with a Zen Garden and a room for Yoga/Contemplation classes
On the fourth level:
“Enjoy” with spaces for: Coffee brunch, picnic, organic garden, grill, pool and
space for loungers
“Contemplate” with: Constellation lounge (terrace to see the stars around a
fire pit), TV room and space for hammocks
-The departments will be delivered with the following equipment:
* Lower kitchen drawers
* Electric grill
One-Bedroom Apartment - 2 Burners
2-bedroom apartment — 4 burners
* Electric water heater
* Tempered glass door in bathrooms
* Under sink furniture in bathrooms
Preliminarily, for all departments, a fee of
maintenance towards $2,200 pesos per month, although the final fee will be for
share when the building is ready for delivery.
