Construction began on October 25, 2005 under the supervision of Engineer Manuel Islas Garay Gordovil and as official expert Adán Trillo Quiroz and under the investment of Amel Francisco Cantu Zapata.
At the beginning, construction work was carried out on a containment wall in front of the beach for 33 linear meters and to a depth of 6 meters to the phreatic mantle, at the base below the phreatic mantle a well of 1.5 meters was dug with a width of 5 meters and a length of 33 meters, there a concrete slab was built with a resistance of 300 kg/cm2 and as mentioned before this is below the phreatic mantle, with this it is avoided that the pounding of the waves undermines below the wall and in turn the wall joined to the concrete slab protects the entire property from EROSION.
Soil mechanics studies were carried out, which is why the appropriate foundation for the building was built, at its base was built:
1.-BASEMENT. A warehouse on one side, an apartment in the center, and another warehouse at the other end.
2.-FLOOR 1. RECEPTION, pool area, restaurant, laterally there are 2 rooms with 2 double beds, sofa bed, bathroom, kitchenette dining room and sea view. Next towards the center there are 2 rooms with 2 double beds, bathroom, balcony with sea view. In the center there is 1 room with 1 King Size bed, bathroom, jacuzzi on balcony with sea view.
2.-FLOOR 2. Laundry. Living room, dining room, kitchen, 1 single bedroom, 1 bedroom with King size bed, 2 bathrooms, extra large terrace with sea view. Laterally there are 2 rooms with 2 double beds, sofa bed, bathroom, kitchenette dining room and sea view. Next towards the center there are 2 rooms with 2 double beds, bathroom, balcony with sea view. In the center there is 1 room with 1 King Size bed, bathroom, jacuzzi on balcony with sea view.
3.-FLOOR 3. Laterally there are 2 rooms with 2 double beds, sofa bed, bathroom, kitchenette dining room and sea view. Next towards the center there are 2 rooms with 2 double beds, bathroom, balcony with sea view. In the center there is 1 room with 1 King Size bed, bathroom, jacuzzi on balcony with sea view. There is a bedroom with 3 double beds, bathroom, kitchenette, dining room. There are 4 bedrooms with double bed, bathroom, 2 of them with sea view.
4.-FLOOR 4. Laterally there are 2 rooms with 2 double beds, sofa bed, bathroom, kitchenette dining room and sea view. Next towards the center there are 2 rooms with 2 double beds, bathroom, balcony with sea view. In the center there is 1 room with 1 King Size bed, bathroom, jacuzzi on balcony with sea view. There is an apartment with a bedroom with King Size bed, living room with Queen size sofa bed, full kitchen, terrace with jacuzzi, barbecue, dining room and a perfect sea view.
5.-FLOOR 5. There are 5 rooms with King Size bed, bathroom, jacuzzi on balcony with sea view.
6.-FLOOR 6. There are 2 apartments with 2 bedrooms with King Size beds, 2 bathrooms, living room with Queen Size sofa, full kitchen dining room and spectacular sea view. The sixth floor also has a room with 3 double beds, bathroom, kitchen dining room and sea view.
7.-FLOOR 7. WAREHOUSE AREA, PUMPING EQUIPMENT, BOILERS AND OTHERS.
ROOMS 31+5 APARTMENTS+LAUNDRY+5 WAREHOUSES+2 POOLS+RESTAURANT+BATHROOMSIniciada su construcción el 25 de octubre del año 2005 bajo la tutela del Ingeniero Manuel Islas Garay Gordovil y como perito oficial Adán Trillo Quiroz y bajo la inversión de Amel Francisco Cantu Zapata.
En su inicio se efectuaron trabajos de construcción de muro de contención en el frente de la playa por 33 metros lineales y a una profundidad de 6 metros hasta el manto friático, en la base por debajo del manto friático se cabo un pozo de 1.5 metros con un ancho de 5 metros y un largo de 33 metros ahí se construyo un firme de concreto con una resistencia de 300 kg/cm2 y como se mencionó antes esto esta abajo del manto friático, con ello se evita que el golpeteo de las olas socave por debajo del muro y a su vez el muro unido al firme de concreto proteja toda la propiedad de la EROCION.
Se hicieron estudios de mecánica de suelo por lo cual se construyó la cimentación adecuada para el edificio, en su base se construyó:
1.-SOTANO. Una bodega por un lado un departamento en el centro y otra bodega en el otro extremo .
2.-PISO 1. RECEPCIÓN, área de albercas, restaurante, lateralmente hay 2 habitaciones de 2 camas matrimoniales, sofá cama, baño, cocineta comedor y vista a el mar. Siguiente hacia el centro hay 2 habitaciones de 2 camas matrimoniales, baño, balcón vista al mar. Centralmente hay 1 habitación de 1 cama King Size, baño, jaquzzi en balcón vista al mar.
2.-PISO 2. Lavandería. Departamento de sala, comedor, cocina, 1 recamara sencilla, 1 recamara cama King size 2 baños, terraza extragrande con vista al mar. Lateralmente hay 2 habitaciones de 2 camas matrimoniales, sofá cama, baño, cocineta comedor y vista al mar. Siguiente hacia el centro hay 2 habitaciones de 2 camas matrimoniales, baño, balcón vista al mar. Centralmente hay 1 habitación de 1 cama King Size, baño, jaquzzi en balcón vista al mar.
3.-PISO 3. Lateralmente hay 2 habitaciones de 2 camas matrimoniales, sofá cama, baño, cocineta comedor y vista al mar. Siguiente hacia el centro hay 2 habitaciones de 2 camas matrimoniales, baño, balcón vista al mar. Centralmente hay 1 habitación de 1 cama King Size, baño, jaquzzi en balcón vista al mar. Hay una recamara de 3 camas matrimoniales, baño, cocineta, comedor. Hay 4 recamaras de cama matrimonial, baño, 2 de ellas con vista al mar.
4.-PISO 4. Lateralmente hay 2 habitaciones de 2 camas matrimoniales, sofá cama, baño, cocineta comedor y vista al mar. Siguiente hacia el centro hay 2 habitaciones de 2 camas matrimoniales, baño, balcón vista al mar. Centralmente hay 1 habitación de 1 cama King Size, baño, jaquzzi en balcón vista al mar. Hay un departamento con una recamara cama King Size, sala con sofá cama Queen size, cocina completa, terraza con jaquzzi, asador, comedor y una perfecta vista al mar.
5.-PISO 5. Hay 5 habitaciones con cama King Size , baño, jaquzzi en balcón vista al mar.
6.-PISO 6. Hay 2 departamentos de 2 recamaras con camas King Size, 2 baños, sala con sofá Queen Size, cocina completa comedor y vista espectacular al mar. El sexto piso También tiene una habitación de 3 camas matrimoniales, Baño, cocina comedor y vista al mar.
7.-PISO 7. AREA DE BODEGAS, EQUIPO DE BOMBEO, BOILERS Y DEMAS.
