Toda la planta baja se puede climatizar con un minisplit inverter de 2 toneladas que ya se encuentra instalado.
Subiendo las escaleras de frente encontraras un baño completo que comparten las dos recamaras que están al lado izquierdo, ambas con clósets y aires acondicionados como puedes apreciar en las imágenes.
A tu derecha está la entrada a la recámara principal, amplia, en donde se desplanta un ventanal que llega hasta el techo mismo que podrás abrir dejando el mosquitero para que el aire circule y puedes refrescarte con el aire acondicionado también. Dentro de ésta recámara hay un baño completo con vestidor.
Cabe mencionar que todas las recámaras se entregan con persianas.
