About the space
Luxury house in the best subdivision of Avandaro with access to the Izar golf club. Daily cleaning and a caretaker are included.
It is an elegant and spacious house (2000m of land), with views of the lake and mountains, pool, jacuzzi, grills, fireplaces, and bonfires at the highest part of the Izar golf club, the most exclusive in the area. You will have access to all its facilities: golf course, tennis courts, paddle, children's playroom, restaurant, gym, heated pool, jacuzzi, spa with home massages!
The accommodation
It is a space with a lot of light, tranquility, and warmth, ideal for going with family or friends, various activities can be carried out without leaving the house: there is a pool, jacuzzi, grills, fireplaces inside and outside, billiards, ping pong table, board games, weights, yoga deck, etc.
We have Sonos sound inside the house and in the garden, speakers, various apps for shows and movies.
Don't miss the firepit with a spectacular view of the lake for those bonfire nights, chatting, and wine.
There are several hiking routes you can take from the house. We recommend the best places to fly in a hang glider or paragliding.
The property is part of the Izar golf club. With only 52 houses in this multi-hectare development, you will have the feeling of living in nature while having direct access to the numerous entertainments of Avandaro and Valle de Bravo from the security booth.
The house was designed by architects Francisco Guzman and Alejandro Bernardi and is decorated with fine furniture, every detail of the design is well thought out and cared for.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire house, garden, terraces. The caretaker will greet you at the entrance of Izar and will show you all the facilities.

We include cleaning staff for check-in and check-out and a full-time caretaker who helps you set up the fireplaces, bonfire, and make the barbecue (we provide firewood and charcoal for two days).
There is a spacious service room with 3 beds and a full bathroom in case you bring a nanny or cook.
If you require a cook/chef, it can be arranged for an extra cost.

Es una casa elegante y amplia (2000m de terreno), con vistas al lago y las montañas, alberca, jacuzzi, asadores, chimeneas y fogatas en la parte más alta del club de golf Izar, el más exclusivo de la zona. Tendrás acceso a todas sus instalaciones: campo de golf, canchas de tenis, pádel, ludoteca,restaurante, gym, alberca climatizada, jacuzzi, spa con masajes a domicilio!
El alojamiento
Es un espacio con mucha luz, tranquilidad y calidez, ideal tanto para ir con familia como con amigos, se pueden realizar varias actividades sin salir de la casa: hay alberca, jacuzzi, asadores, chimeneas en el interior y exterior, billar, mesa de ping pong, juegos de mesa, pesas, deck para yoga etc.
Contamos con sonido sonos dentro de la casa y en el jardín, bocinas, varios apps de shows y películas.
No te pierdas el firepit con vista al lago espectacular para aquellas noches de fogata, platica y vino.
Hay varias rutas de hiking que puedes tomar saliendo de la casa. Te recomendamos los mejores lugares para volar en ala delta o parapente.
La propiedad forma parte del club de golf Izar. Con solamente 52 casas en este desarrollo de varias hectáreas, vas a tener la sensación de vivir en la naturaleza aun teniendo el acceso directo a los numerosos diversiones de Avandaro y Valle de Bravo saliendo de la caseta de seguridad.
La casa fue diseñada por los arquitectos Francisco Guzman y Alejandro Bernardi y esta decorada con los muebles finos, cada detalle del diseño está bien pensado y cuidado.

Vas a tener acceso a toda la casa, jardín, terrazas. El velador te va a recibir en la entrada de Izar y te enseñará todas las instalaciones

Te incluimos gente de limpieza de entrada por salida y un velador de planta que te ayuda a poner las chimeneas, fogata y hacer la carne asada (te proporcionamos leña y carbón por dos días).
Hay un cuarto de servicios amplio con 3 camas y un baño completo por si traen niñera o cocinera.
Si requieren cocinera/chef, se puede organizar por un costo extra.
El costo de calentar el jacuzzi es de 1200 mxn por día y son 2500 por el jacuzzi junto con la alberca.
