I remember the first time my wife and I saw the apartment. It was one of those days that mark the beginning of a new stage, the sun illuminated every corner of the 19th floor of our new home, in a luxurious vertical development.
This place was the symbol of our future together.
We entered the building, and from the lobby, everything seemed sophisticated to me. The signature architectural design gave it a special touch, as if every line, every angle was there to tell a story. The waiting room was modern, cozy. I felt that we had arrived at the right place. A touch of luxury with everything we needed at our fingertips, even a mini store in the lobby, like Oxxo, in case we needed something without leaving home.
We went up to the apartment, and when I opened the door, the balcony with the spectacular view from the eighth floor left me speechless. From there, I could see the entire city stretching to the horizon. I imagined us having coffee in the mornings, or sharing a glass of wine at sunset while the sky turned orange and pink. It was simply perfect.
A Dream Lifestyle
The next day, we set out to discover everything the complex had to offer us. I decided to start with the gym, because what better way to start married life than getting in shape? The best part was that the gym had the same incredible view as our apartment, but from the penthouse. Working out with that panoramic view gave me a sense of freedom, as if I were training in the sky.
After the gym, I passed by the jacuzzi and the grill on the terrace. I could already imagine my friends and family gathered here for an afternoon of barbecues and laughter.

On weekends, my wife and I usually spend the day at the pool on the Ground Floor. We love to relax there, immersing ourselves in the water while the sun shines down on us. Or sometimes we prefer a good dip in the jacuzzi on the same floor, perfect for disconnecting from the world.
The café and snack bar are ideal for a quick brunch or a quiet afternoon, enjoying a good chat.
I loved that everything was so close, so handy. From food to the atmosphere for socializing.

Thinking about the future, it gave me peace of mind to know that, when our family grew, the playroom would be the perfect place for our children. A safe and fun space, where they could play and make friends without needing to leave the building.
Sometimes, in the afternoon, we simply go down to the lobby to relax. There are two lobbies, both spacious and with a decor that invites you to stay for a while, perfect for waiting for a visit or to pick up our purchases in the deliveries room.

Living in one of the most exclusive areas of the city, near Zona Real, is something I wouldn’t change for anything. Everything is at our fingertips, from luxury restaurants to shopping malls. But at the same time, this development offers us a respite from the fast pace of the city, a modern and elegant refuge where we can disconnect and simply enjoy.
Every day that passes, I realize how lucky I am to have found this place. It is more than just an apartment, it is a lifestyle.

Recuerdo la primera vez que mi esposa y yo vimos el departamento. Era uno de esos días que marcan el comienzo de una nueva etapa, el sol iluminaba cada rincón del piso 19 de nuestro nuevo hogar, en un desarrollo vertical lujoso.
Este lugar era el símbolo de nuestro futuro juntos.
Entramos al edificio, y desde el lobby, todo me pareció sofisticado. El diseño arquitectónico de autor le daba un toque especial, como si cada línea, cada ángulo estuviera ahí para contar una historia. La sala de espera era moderna, acogedora. Sentí que habíamos llegado al lugar correcto. Un toque de lujo con todo lo que necesitábamos a nuestro alcance, incluso una mini tienda en el lobby, tipo Oxxo, por si necesitábamos algo sin salir de casa.
Subimos al departamento, y cuando abrí la puerta, el balcón con la vista espectacular desde el octavo piso me dejó sin palabras. Desde ahí, podía ver toda la ciudad extendiéndose hasta el horizonte. Me imaginé a nosotros dos tomando un café por las mañanas, o compartiendo una copa de vino al atardecer mientras el cielo se teñía de naranja y rosa. Era simplemente perfecto.
Un Estilo de Vida de Ensueño
Al día siguiente, nos propusimos descubrir todo lo que el complejo tenía para ofrecernos. Decidí empezar por el gimnasio, porque ¿qué mejor manera de comenzar la vida de casado que poniéndome en forma? Lo mejor de todo era que el gym tenía la misma vista increíble que nuestro departamento, pero desde el penthouse. Hacer ejercicio con esa panorámica me daba una sensación de libertad, como si estuviera entrenando en el cielo.
Después del gym, pasé por el jacuzzi y el asador en la terraza. Ya podía imaginar a mis amigos y familiares reunidos aquí para una tarde de parrillada y risas.
Espacios para Relajarse y Conectar
Los fines de semana, mi esposa y yo solemos pasar el día en la alberca en Planta Baja. Nos encanta relajarnos allí, sumergirnos en el agua mientras el sol brilla sobre nosotros. O a veces preferimos un buen chapuzón en el jacuzzi del mismo piso, perfecto para desconectarnos del mundo.
La cafetería y el snack bar son ideales para un brunch rápido o una tarde tranquila, disfrutando de una buena charla.
Me encantaba que todo estaba tan cerca, tan a la mano. Desde comida hasta el ambiente para socializar.
Un Hogar para Todos
Pensando en el futuro, me daba tranquilidad saber que, cuando nuestra familia creciera, la ludoteca sería el lugar perfecto para nuestros hijos. Un espacio seguro y divertido, donde podrían jugar y hacer amigos sin necesidad de salir del edificio.
A veces, por la tarde, simplemente bajamos al lobby a relajarnos. Hay dos lobbies, ambos amplios y con una decoración que invita a quedarse un rato, perfecto para esperar alguna visita o para recoger nuestras compras en el deliveries room.
La Zona Más Exclusiva de la Ciudad
Vivir en una de las zonas más exclusivas de la ciudad, cerca de Zona Real, es algo que no cambiaría por nada. Todo está a nuestro alcance, desde restaurantes de lujo hasta centros comerciales. Pero, al mismo tiempo, este desarrollo nos ofrece un respiro del ritmo acelerado de la ciudad, un refugio moderno y elegante donde podemos desconectar y simplemente disfrutar.
Cada día que pasa, me doy cuenta de lo afortunado que soy de haber encontrado este lugar. Es más que un simple departamento, es un estilo de vida.
Aquí hemos comenzado nuestra nueva vida juntos, y no puedo esperar a ver todas las historias que aún tenemos por vivir en este espacio que ahora llamamos hogar.
