In 105 square meters, they are distributed in a very spacious room, dining room, terrace and fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms: the main one with a queen size bed, closet and full bathroom, a secondary one with two single beds, closet... and sharing a bathroom with the third bedroom, which is a TV studio with a double sofa bed; it has an equipped laundry room and WiFi service.
The apartment is in PB in an exclusive complex of four buildings with three apartments per tower (total 12 apartments); there is a common pool and two roof tops with grills, sun loungers, hammocks and bathrooms, ideal for enjoying beautiful sunsets and starry nights.
The beach with white sand and turquoise waters is 100 steps from the apartment; it has all the equipment you need to comfortably enjoy a day at the beach (towels, cooler, umbrella and inflatables).
REQUIREMENTS
In summer, rent is preferably per month, and the cost for a full occupancy of 6 people (maximum) is $65,000 pesos.
If rent is preferred per night, the cost is $2,500 pesos.

El departamento está en PB en un conjunto exclusivo de cuatro edificios con tres departamentos por torre (total 12 departamentos); hay una piscina común y dos roof tops con asadores, tumbonas, hamacas y baños, ideal para disfrutar lindos atardeceres y noches estrelladas.
La playa de arenas blancas y aguas turquesas se encuentra a 100 pasos del departamento; cuenta con todo el equipo que necesitas para disfrutar cómodamente de un día de playa (toallas, hielera, sombrilla e inflables).
REQUISITOS
En verano se renta preferentemente por mes, siendo el costo para una ocupación completa de 6 personas (máximo) de $65 mil pesos.
Si la renta se prefiere por noche, el costo es de $2,500 pesos.
En cualquier modalidad, la luz se cobra a parte.
