Waking up every morning listening to the waves of the sea or being rocked by them at night is priceless; it is one of the features that this property offers, which is located in front of the beach. On the other hand, it has very nice spaces, such as a terrace in each of the upstairs bedrooms, where you can observe the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, which is emerald green most of the time. LOCATION:
It is located in Telchac Puerto, preferred by many families for relaxation due to its beaches and calm waters. The plaza, the small boardwalk, and the lighthouse give it a very peculiar flavor. In the surroundings, there are tourist attractions such as the Laguna Rosada, which is an ecological refuge for migratory birds, and Xcambó, an archaeological zone with several pyramids, Mayan paths, and residential platforms. It provided good services during the prosperous times of henequen, as canoes would leave there carrying the product to Progreso for export. In ancient times, it was the passage of supplies to other places on the coast. Cabotage activities were also developed, receiving basic products from Gulf ports due to having a wooden dock. Like most small peninsular ports, the future of Telchac lies in fishing, a task to which most of its inhabitants are dedicated. It is located 69 km northeast of the city of Mérida via highway no. 281, and 43 km east of Progreso.

RefrigeratorDespertar cada mañana escuchando las olas del mar o que también te arruyen por la noche, no tiene precio, es una de las características que te ofrece esta propiedad que esta enfrente de la playa. Por otro lado, tiene espacios muy lindos, como una terraza en cada una de las recámaras en planta alta, en donde podrás observar desde ahi el hermoso mar del Golfo de México, que la mayor parte del tiempo es de color verde esmeralda. Y no se diga el rooftop que el propietario construyó para su esposa, que es pintora, para que desde ahi se pudiera inspirar para realizar sus obras de arte con tan sólo tener una vista espectacular desde ese punto.
Al ingresar por el portón eléctrico blanco de la casa está el garage techado para dos autos, también hay una barra para sentarse y refrescarse con alguna bebida. Para entrar a la casa principal subirás tres escalones e inmediatamente esta el recibidor, en esta planta baja hay una recámara y un baño completo para visitas, la cocina de excelente tamaño con una barra desayunadora, una alacena de buen tamaño, y cuarto de lavado. La sala y comedor combinados donde hay un ventanal para salir a la terraza y a la alberca que dan hacia la playa, y que puedes ingresar por ahí para bañarte en el mar.
En el segundo piso hay dos recámaras, cada una con su propia terraza que dan vista al mar como mencioné anteriormente, la recámara principal con su baño completo, y otro baño completo independiente que da servicio a la segunda recámara y visitas. Hay una tercera terraza en el segundo piso, así como también una oficina o estudio. Por la recámara secundaria puedes ingresar al tercer piso donde esta el rooftop cerrado con cristales.
UBICACIÓN:
Se ubica en Telchac Puerto, preferido por muchas familias para el descanso por sus playas y sus aguas tranquilas. La plaza, el pequeño malecón y el faro le dan un sabor muy peculiar. En los alrededores existen atractivos turísticos como la Laguna Rosada, que es un refugio ecológico de aves migratorias y Xcambó una zona arqueológica con varias pirámides, caminos mayas y plataformas habitacionales. Prestó buenos servicios en las épocas prósperas del henequén, pues por ahí salían canoas llevando el producto a Progreso para embarcar al extranjero. En tiempos remotos era el paso de víveres a otros lugares de la costa. También se desarrollaron actividades de cabotaje recibiendo productos básicos de puertos del Golfo por contar con un muelle de madera. Como la mayoría de los pequeños puertos peninsulares, el porvenir de Telchac está en la pesca, labor a la que se dedica la mayoría de sus habitantes. Se localiza a 69 km al noreste de la ciudad de Mérida por la carretera num. 281, y a 43 km. al oriente de Progreso.
