Mucha privacidad de áreas y el clima cálido que el pueblo de Valle de Bravo te ofrece. Cero humedad. Y si quieres ir a la zona comercial de Avándaro, vas a llegar rapidísimo porque la avenida costera se toma en una cuadra y a la altura que ya pasaste el tráfico del fin de semana. Sin embargo y a pesar de estar cerca del muelle municipal o del Club Marina Azul, hay mucho silencio pues está en una calle privada y silenciosa.
Tienes estacionamiento alto y amplio para 4 camionetas o autos cerrado con un alto portón.
