The house is distributed on 5 levels that go downwards since it is in a ravine that gives incredible views:
Level 1 - Entry from the garage that is for 3 cars. At the entrance there is a very good sized hall that today is used as a library with an armchair.
Level 2 - Very good sized living/dining room with balcony, dining room with balcony and modern kitchen with granite. On the same floor is the service area that has a laundry area, a service room with a bathroom, the service stairs go down the house and go up to the garage.

La casa está distribuida en 5 niveles que van hacia abajo ya que está en una cañada que da unas vistas increíbles:
Nivel 1 - Entrada desde el garage que es para 3 coches. En la entrada hay un hall de muy buen tamaño que hoy en día se usa como biblioteca con un cómo sillón.
Nivel 2 - Sala/comedor de muy buen tamaño con balcón, antecomedor con balcón y cocina moderna con granito. En el mismo piso está el área de servicio que cuenta con área de lavado, cuarto de servicio con baño, las escaleras de servicio van desde hasta abajo de la casa y suben hasta el garage.
Nivel 3 - 3 recámaras, la recámara principal con baño y vestidor, las otras dos recámaras tienen closet y baño Jack and Jill. Oficina, que antes era un baño y pudiera volver a ser un tercer baño, bodega y family central.
Nivel 4 - Gran salón de fiestas/eventos con salida al jardín. El jardín es volado, de muy buen tamaño y tiene un área con piso y techo para poder estar afuera tanto en la lluvia como en días muy soleados. En este nivel existe una cuarta recámara muy amplia (no tiene baño pero sí la instalación para hacerlo) por lo que sin problema podría ser una habitación de visitas, para los hijos más grandes, etc.
Nivel 5 - En este nivel hay una oficina/gimnasio, es muy amplio, sería ideal para usarse como cava.
Existe un elevador de servicio por el que se pueden mandar platos, etc. desde la cocina hasta el family privado o hasta el salón de fiestas.
La casa tiene varias bodegas.
Muy buenos acabados en toda la casa, precioso estilo. Todas las recámaras tienen mucha iluminación, grandes ventanas de piso a techo, excelente orientación y muy buena temperatura.
La cerrada tiene una pluma de seguridad.
